We stand behind everything we teach at Holographic Magic. If you purchase our course and are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will refund your money in full — no questions asked — as long as your request is made within 14 days of your purchase date.

We believe in what we teach and we want you to feel completely confident before you buy. That's why we make this as simple as possible: if it's not right for you, just email us and we'll take care of it.

02 — How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Just send an email to our support team within 14 days of your purchase and we will process your refund promptly.

  • We will confirm receipt of your request within 1 business day
  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

03 — Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following conditions:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of your original purchase date
  • Your request must come from the email address associated with your purchase
  • One refund per customer per product

After the 14-day window has passed, all sales are final and refunds will not be issued.

Once your refund request is approved, here is what to expect:

  • We will confirm your refund request within 1 business day of receiving your email
  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are always happy to resolve any issues quickly and professionally through our support team.
