Holographic Magic sells digital educational courses and related materials. Upon purchase, you will receive access to the course content as described on the sales page at the time of purchase.

• All sales are for digital products only — no physical goods will be shipped
• Course access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable
• You may not share, resell, redistribute, or reproduce course content in any form
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve course content at any time
• Lifetime access means access for as long as Holographic Magic operates this course

03 — Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through our payment processor at the time of purchase. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

04 — Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 14 days of your purchase date, contact us at [email protected] and we will process a full refund promptly — no questions asked.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
• After the 14-day period, all sales are final
• Chargebacks filed outside of our refund process may result in account termination

05 — Intellectual Property

All content within Holographic Magic courses — including but not limited to videos, written materials, techniques, methods, and resources — is the intellectual property of Jay Fernandez and Holographic Magic and is protected by copyright law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• You may not share login credentials or course access with any third party
• You may not record, screenshot, or capture course video content for redistribution
• Personal use of the techniques taught is permitted — commercial teaching of our methods is not

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may subject you to legal action.

06 — Disclaimer of Results

Holographic Magic courses provide educational information and techniques. Individual results will vary based on effort, materials, equipment, environment, and skill level. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from completing our courses.

07 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holographic Magic and Jay Fernandez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our courses, website, or any materials purchased from us.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

• Do not misrepresent holographic projections as technology they are not in a fraudulent manner
• Do not use techniques taught to deceive or defraud others
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws in your use of these techniques

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect when changes were made.

Continued use of our website or courses after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10 — Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
